I’m so delighted you’ve made it here and I want to offer you my definition of what it means to Become a Foundress to invite you into going about your business differently by stepping into Foundress energy as you embark upon the next chapter of your business journey.

A Foundress is a woman who establishes something. I’m going to assume if you are here you are a female founder, a soulful entrepreneur, a business owner, a creative. You are here to create or redefine your reality. There is a niggling feeling inside of you that there is more to life. You’re here for more love, more joy, more abundance, connection, freedom, intentionality. 

Whatever the reason that our paths have crossed, deep down you are yearning for more, you wouldn’t be here otherwise. The great news is that everything that exists was once created. You are a powerful creator. You have the power to create your external reality.

I have a tattoo on my arm that reads “When you look for the beauty in the world you will find happiness”. That signified a new standard that I declared I would uphold in my life. Having lost myself in my work, deeply rooted in my masculine energy, I built a high level of success but I also suppressed my emotions, faced cycles of burnout and worked at the expense of my body. I ultimately wasn’t happy, and then having lost myself in motherhood, I was longing for a deeper connection to myself, in my relationships and rekindling my creative expression. 

As I’ve gone about my journey into my femininity, and exploring the world of energetics, it’s deeply shifted my approach to womanhood, business and life and I decided to weave them together like artistry.

A foundress is a woman who is deeply connected to herself as a Woman and the Feminine Source of Creative Power.  

She gives rise to desires, she is deeply connected to her intuition and she allows her soul to lead. 

She dreams courageously and trusts so deeply in the co~creative ability and the connection she feels with the Universe. 

She nurtures herself, those around her.. But first and foremost she is the guardian and protector of her radiant essence, of her energy.

She allows herself to DREAM, but she understands that without darkness there is no light.

Without the presence of the sacred masculine in our world there is no wholeness.

A Foundress takes responsibility for who she is being, she understands the role that she plays and she accepts the power of owning her shadow side and being vulnerable is a superpower of living freely, abundantly and creatively.  

A Foundress has a deep connection to the moon cycles, and honours her body’s cues for restoration and healing.

She moves through the world allowing her creativity to flow.

She takes great care of her body, her mind and her soul.

She dances with her business as a ceremony.

A Foundress is held by strategy, she honours the fact that systems and structure are supportive of her energy but she allows her soul to lead. There is this fluidity.

Say hello to your inner Foundress, she’s in a love affair with her business, she honours her creative process, she’s not afraid to meet her edges, she defies logic. She feels and alchemises her emotions, without becoming them. Held by strategy, led by soul, backed by science. She runs a strategic Business, while dancing with her feminine energy.
